Timber Pines Community Association, Inc.


Organizational Structure:

Our Community Association is governed by a seven member Board of Directors, all of whom are elected by popular vote of the residents.  A General Manager, hired by the Association, supervises and administrates a staff of 135 employees within the following departments:

Village Representatives
Timber Pines consists of 57 individual villages. A representative from each of the 57 villages make up the body of the Village Representatives who are also a committee of the Board of Directors. They meet once a month with a liason from the Board and serve as a conduit for information about issues etc. that concern the welfare of all the residents.  They are an important sounding board and guidance indicator in the governing of Timber Pines.

Committee assignments provide the residents an opportunity to serve our community, be involved and make excellent contributions to improve and perpetuate our lifestyle.
