Homes and Villas
			Two lifestyle options are available each with access to what the total community has to offer.  Their monthly fee structures differ slightly as detailed below:
			1.  Free Standing Houses.  The owners of houses assume full responsibility for the maintenance of their respective properties.  This includes grass mowing, watering, fertilizing, pest control, landscaping and outside painting of the structure.  This is in addition to the current monthly maintenance fee that covers access and use of all the amenities, security and maintenance of the common grounds, golf courses administration, staffing, no fee golf and other recreational activities.
			2.  Villas (usually attached to two or more other units).  The property owner in this case pays an additional fee which enables him to enjoy maintenance-free living, i.e. complete lawn service, lawn watering, landscape trimming and care, clean-up, pesticide and lawn control spraying as well as painting of the exterior of the premises.
			The additional fees for all these services are set for each village through their village corporate structure.  Fees range from $50.00 to $100.00 per month.  Additionally, each villa owner pays the current monthly assessment common to all dwelling units, to the Timber Pines Community Association Inc.
